Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your FrostPeak order. If there’s an issue with your item, contact us at frostpeak.us@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
